The Bienal 2010 organizes more than 80 courses.

67 artists and professionals of the sector, like Esperanza Fernández, Manuel Pedraz, Andrés Marín or the Dr. José Luis Castilla, encourage the flamenco learning for all the levels and from a wide perspective with a series of courses, gatherings and workshops. Individuals of the city of Sevilla take the initiative and organize them with the support of the XVI Bienal.

Apart from its Official Program and the Parallel Activities, this year the XVI Bienal de Flamenco counts on a space in Off Bienal so that people can show their offers with the support of the festival, following the model of the large festivals in Europe and turning itself into a perfect indicator of good quality of the stage.

Off Bienal turns each corner of Sevilla into a space of disclosure of the flamenco. In 2010, they will organize 86 specific courses in total ( they do not include those courses which continue during the whole season of the festival ).  There will also be workshops, lectures, meetings, round tables, conferences and gatherings to complete the more than 100 learning activities suggested during Off Bienal 2010.  They are not only for the baile, but for the guitar, the cante and the rhythm and compás. They also raise themes like the health of the bailaor, the self-teaching of the flamenco and its methodology or the flamenco and the disability.

These activities count on 67 teachers, speakers and artists of the great stature like Lidia Valle López, Eduardo Rebollar, Saray de los Reyes, Luis Amador, Daniel Caminos, Alicia Márquez, Esperanza Fernández, Asunción Pérez "Choni", Miguel Ángel Cortés, Andrés Peña, Adela and Rafael Campallo, el Doctor José Luis Castilla, Bobote, Isabel Bayón, Ángel Atienza, Andrés Marín, Vicky Barea, Rocío Coral, Laura Román, Manuel Pedraz or Lola Pantoja among the others.

El Museo del Baile Flamenco, La Peña Flamenca Pies Plomo, the bailaora Lidia Valle, Juncal Flamenco, el Estudio de Baile Alicia Márquez, el Centro de Arte y Flamenco de Sevilla, la Academia de Flamenco Manuel Betanzos, Taller Flamenco, Flamenco ADOS, Andrés Marín Flamenco Abierto, el Centro de Danza Matilde Coral, Danza Mobile or la Asociación de Periodistas Andaluces are among the organizers of this section of activities in Off Bienal.
